KATSEYE have officially scored their first-ever No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with their new release “Wild” storming straight in at the top spot.
The chart-topping project is a five-track release, led by the singles “Pinky Up” and “Hootie Frutti” — the tracks that powered the run-up to this week’s debut.
It’s a big week on the same tally for Phoebe Bridgers too, who enters the Billboard 200 at No. 2 with a fresh debut of her own.
For Katseye, the No. 1 is a clear milestone: first time at the summit, and proof that a shorter, tightly packaged release can still make the biggest splash when the demand’s there.
Now the question is whether “Wild” can hold on as the next wave of releases arrives — and whether those singles keep growing legs beyond the initial chart rush.
Do you prefer a punchy five-track release like “Wild”, or are you still an albums-only person?
