AMBER Heard is quietly plotting a Hollywood comeback after settling into family life in Spain.

Four years on from her high-profile court battle with Johnny Depp, the actress has been making pitches to revive her career, though success has been limited so far.

An insider revealed, “It’s not turning out the way she expected. It’s becoming frustrating for her.

“She reinvented herself in Spain and she’s happy with her life there. But she wants to go to the next step and make her own money, her own way.”

Earlier this year, Heard appeared in the documentary Silenced, which premiered at Sundance.

She clarified, “This is not about me. I have lost my ability to speak.

“I am not here to tell my story. I don’t want to tell my story. In fact, I don’t want to use my voice anymore. That’s the problem.”

After the court case ended, Heard moved with her daughter Oonagh Paige to Spain, initially Mallorca, before settling in Madrid to escape the chaos of the US.

She expanded her family with twins Agnes and Ocean last year and was recently spotted enjoying a birthday trip in Cadaques with her children and friends, marking her 40th birthday in style.

Despite the challenges, Amber remains focused on balancing motherhood with her ambitions to return to the spotlight.
