  • Focusing on family, staying grounded, and prioritizing daughters during co-parenting.
  • Embracing renewal: quieter 2025, adventurous 2026, recent Antarctica trip, and Nashville support.

NICOLE Kidman is making it clear: Nashville is still home.

In a new interview with Variety, the Oscar-winning actress shared that she has no plans to leave Tennessee following her split from Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage.

“We have our life here,” Kidman said, noting that she and her daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, remain deeply connected to the city.

“I’m part of the city and community for 20 years. It’s my home.”

Kidman also opened up about how she’s moving forward, saying she is focused on family and staying grounded. “I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good,” she said, adding that she and Urban will continue to prioritise their daughters.

The actress described her current mindset as one of renewal, reflecting on a quieter 2025 before embracing a more adventurous 2026. She shared that she recently traveled to Antarctica with Sunday, Faith, and other loved ones, calling the trip part of a bigger personal mission to explore life beyond work.

Kidman also highlighted the support she has in Nashville, including friend and neighbour Reese Witherspoon. While she kept many details private out of respect, her message was clear: she’s looking ahead with gratitude, optimism, and a strong sense of home.

Why This Matters

Kidman’s decision to stay in Nashville after her split with Keith Urban matters because it signals stability for their daughters, underscores her long-standing ties and cultural impact on the city, and frames her public image as grounded and resilient.
