HUGH Jackman and ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness are locked in a costly dispute over the sale of their Manhattan apartment, which has stubbornly failed to find a buyer despite a hefty price cut.

The sprawling three-story luxury pad, originally bought for $21.1 million in 2008, was listed at nearly $39 million in 2022 but has since dropped to $28.7 million — and still no one’s biting.

Sources reveal the former couple can’t agree on how low to go, sparking finger-pointing over who pushed to buy the pricey property in the first place.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the New York skyline, a grand master suite, and a gourmet kitchen, making the slow sale all the more frustrating.

Jackman, 57, and Furness, 70, split in 2023 after 27 years of marriage, with their divorce finalised in June 2025.

Their adopted children, Oscar, 25, and Ava, 20, have found the split tough, especially after Jackman went public with new partner Sutton Foster earlier this year.

Meanwhile, sources say Jackman is also facing pressure from friends and advisors to sign a prenup before marrying Foster, 51.

The property saga has reignited tensions between the exes, with insiders warning that if no agreement is reached soon, lawyers could be brought in to settle the financial mess.

Every day the apartment sits unsold, the stakes get higher for both sides, leaving the once happy couple caught in a costly limbo.
