BRISTOL Palin is opening up about her ongoing health journey.

The 35-year-old reality TV personality revealed that she recently met with a plastic surgeon in Austin to discuss possible treatment options for the facial paralysis she has been experiencing since January 2025.

In a candid social media update, Palin said she was hopeful the specialist could help address issues affecting her eye when she smiles or becomes expressive. She also shared that she is exploring whether Botox, surgery or other treatments could improve the symmetry of her face.

Palin previously said the condition began with a strange sensation before the left side of her face became numb and lost movement.

Doctors reportedly believed it could be Bell’s palsy, a temporary form of facial paralysis that can cause weakness on one side of the face.

She later told followers that the latest appointment went well and hinted that she would share more details soon. Palin has also consulted other specialists, including one in Alaska, as she continues searching for answers and relief.

The daughter of Sarah Palin and Todd Palin has been transparent with fans throughout the process, offering updates on both the physical and emotional challenges of her recovery.
