KYLIE Jenner is back in the legal spotlight after being sued by a second housekeeper accusing her team of harassment and discrimination.

Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming harassment, race discrimination, unpaid wages, and retaliation while working for the reality star since 2019.

Soto alleges her supervisor mocked her foreign accent and immigration status and retaliated by cutting her pay and giving unreasonable tasks after she complained.

She says the supervisor even threatened to fire her for not staying late on her birthday, telling her, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.”

Fed up, Soto wrote a letter to Kylie detailing the harassment, but claims she was then warned not to look at or speak to Kylie and was threatened with dismissal.

This lawsuit follows a similar case filed just a week earlier by another housekeeper, piling more legal pressure on Jenner’s household staff.

Kylie Jenner herself is not directly accused of bullying in the suit, and her representatives have yet to comment on the latest allegations.

The unfolding legal drama adds to an increasingly complex picture of the star’s off-camera challenges as she continues her public career.
