The Oscar winner, 51, clearly knows how to make an impression with his thoughtful gift arriving just after her birthday on April 23.
It’s a far cry from last year’s celebrations when the couple stepped out for a night on the town, with Gigi rocking a slew of gold jewellery including a ring on her wedding finger.
The pair were first linked romantically in 2023, spotted enjoying an intimate dinner before leaving together in the same car.
