KANYE West is planning a big comeback gig — he’s reportedly in talks to headline London’s Wireless Festival.
It’ll be the Gold Digger hitmaker‘s first UK gig in almost 12 years. He appeared at the event back in 2014 (pictured), but was booed by the crowd after he started ranting about the fashion industry.
Kanye’s last last UK performance was in 2015, when he headlined the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.
“It’s been an incredibly turbulent few years for Ye, but he wants to get back on stage and prove he’s a serious musician. Wireless is a massive festival and for him to return and headline would be huge,” a source told The Sun’s Bizarre column.
“He lost support in the UK over his political views and statements, and he is hopeful this could bring his fans back into the fold.
“He has apologised profusely for his behaviour over the last few years and he wants a fresh start.
“Ye and his team have been locked in final negotiations about headlining Wireless.
“The number of nights he’ll be performing is still being ironed out. Drake did three last year and Wireless are hoping Ye will commit to the same.”
