KYLIE Jenner is at the centre of a lawsuit after her former housekeeper accused her of unpaid work at Timothée Chalamet’s Los Angeles mansion.
Angelica Vasquez, who worked for Kylie from September 2024 to August 2025, claims she was repeatedly sent to clean Timothée’s home without proper pay or expense reimbursement.
According to court documents seen by The Sun newspaper, Angelica says she covered her own travel costs but was never compensated, including mileage and transportation.
The lawsuit also alleges Angelica faced discrimination from fellow staff over her Salvadorian heritage, religion, and immigration status, with claims of mockery and belittlement.
She reportedly endured “demeaning comments” and was even reprimanded violently by a supervisor who threw hangers at her feet in March 2025.
Angelica’s suit lists Kylie Jenner and her company, Kylie Jenner Inc, as defendants, accusing them of wage violations including failure to pay overtime and missing wages.
She claims the experience caused her “serious emotional distress” and ongoing humiliation and anxiety.
Kylie and Timothée have been dating since April 2023 and have remained publicly close since.
Neither Kylie nor Timothée have commented on the allegations as the legal process unfolds.
