KHLOE Kardashian is opening up about the deeply personal turning point behind her fitness transformation.

On the March 18 episode of her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, the Kardashians star shared that her split from ex-husband Lamar Odom became the catalyst for her commitment to health and exercise.

Khloe revealed that when she was younger, she struggled with binge eating and used food to cope with emotional pain.

She said therapy helped her better understand the cycle of eating, shame and self-criticism that she experienced for years.

According to Khloe, the end of her marriage in 2013 pushed her to make a change. She explained that working out became a healthy outlet and helped her regain confidence, improve her mindset and feel stronger mentally.

Although she said the early months were difficult and progress felt slow, she stayed committed by taking small steps and focusing on how exercise made her feel rather than just the number on the scale.

Khloe also emphasiSed that her journey was about more than physical appearance. She praised therapy as an important part of healing, especially during breakups and periods when she felt disconnected from herself.

For Khloe, building healthier habits became a way to reclaim her strength and move forward.

Her candid comments add another chapter to the star’s long-running message about self-improvement, resilience and mental wellness.
