Jennifer Lopez Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for £42m After Ben Affleck Gift
Key Points
JENNIFER Lopez has put her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion back on the market for a cool £42 million after Ben Affleck gifted her his share of the property.
The singer and actress listed the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate this week for just under £42 million, a sharp drop from the £57 million asking price when they first tried to sell it last summer.
The couple originally bought the mansion for £49 million in May 2023 and poured millions more into renovations.
They put the house up for sale in July 2024, shortly before Jennifer filed for divorce, which was finalised in February 2025.
Ben, who recently sold his AI company to Netflix for a reported £500 million, is unlikely to miss the property cash as he moves on.
The new listing is handled by Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates, signalling J.Lo’s readiness to move forward.
With such a steep price cut, the question is whether a buyer will step up for this star-studded mansion anytime soon.
