PATRICK Muldoon’s sudden death was caused by a deadly combination of a heart attack and a rare genetic blood disorder, new records reveal.

The Melrose Place star‘s death certificate lists a hereditary coagulopathy disorder, which disrupts blood clotting, alongside a pulmonary embolism that blocked blood flow to his lungs.

He was found unconscious in the shower by his girlfriend, Miriam Rothbart, on April 19 and was pronounced dead shortly after.

Muldoon was cremated on April 28, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

His final Instagram posts showed no hint of trouble, simply snapshots of everyday life before his untimely passing at 57.
