INFLUENCER MrBeast has hit back hard at harassment and retaliation claims made by a former employee, demanding a judge throw out her lawsuit.

Lorrayne Mavromatis, who worked as a social media manager, sued Beast Industries after she was fired shortly after returning from maternity leave, accusing the company of gender bias and sexual harassment.

But in fresh court documents filed in North Carolina, MrBeast and his companies categorically denied all allegations, insisting her dismissal was a “lawful business decision” linked to corporate restructuring.

The filings accuse Mavromatis of exploiting her parental leave to boost her personal brand and claim she is using the lawsuit to gain publicity by targeting one of YouTube’s biggest stars.

A company spokesperson told Page Six, “This clout-chasing complaint is built on deliberate misrepresentations and categorically false statements, and we have the receipts to prove it.”

They also stressed they won’t “submit to opportunistic lawyers looking to manufacture a payday from us.”

Mavromatis alleges she was fired less than three weeks after returning to work, despite working “nonstop” through childbirth and beyond.

The company shared internal messages showing she was in labour on March 31, 2025, and that staff advised her not to check work messages at that time.

She has also filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accusing Beast Industries of retaliation and discrimination based on sex and pregnancy.

As the legal battle unfolds, MrBeast remains firm in denying any wrongdoing, with his team confident the evidence will clear their name.
