JOSH KLOSS, who starred opposite Katy Perry in her iconic ‘Teenage Dream’ video, has revealed the lasting impact of an alleged incident where Perry exposed his genitals without consent at a party nearly 14 years ago.

Kloss, speaking the New York Post’s Page Six, described carrying “silent trauma” since the event, which took place at a birthday party for Perry’s longtime stylist Johnny Wujek in Glendale, California.

He recalled arriving with a friend, only for Perry to greet them enthusiastically before pulling down his pants and underwear to expose him.

“Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed I felt?” Kloss said, adding he immediately “freaked out” while Perry just “laughed.”

Kloss stressed this wasn’t some harmless prank, insisting, “There was no horsing around.”

He reflected on the confusion of the moment, especially given his crush on Perry at the time, but ultimately felt “devalued and degraded to the highest level in front of her closest peers.”

Despite backlash from Perry’s circle, including Wujek calling the claims “bulls–t” and a jewellery designer labelling Kloss an “obsessed” fan, PopQuest has reviewed correspondence supporting Kloss’s account.

Kloss said he decided to speak out again after actress Ruby Rose’s sexual assault allegations against Perry, which the singer denies, believing it was important to be “brave” and “show my face and explain myself.”

He added, “The world can judge me, you know?” and clarified his intention was never to punish Perry but to protect his own sanity.

Kloss hoped for some acknowledgment from Perry, imagining she might say, “The past is the past. I made some mistakes, and I apologise. I’m better now.”

Representatives for Perry, Wujek, and others involved have not responded to requests for comment.

The revelations cast a new light on the pop star’s past, raising questions about consent and respect behind the scenes of her glittering career.
