Zayn Malik Admits Letting Go of Arrogance Amid Louis Tomlinson Punch Rumours

Key Points
ZAYN Malik has revealed he’s learned to ditch his “brash arrogance” and accept he isn’t always right, just days after rumours surfaced that he punched Louis Tomlinson during Netflix filming.
The 33-year-old singer opened up on the Zach Sang Show about how self-love has helped him handle disagreements better, saying it’s about being receptive to others’ opinions without needing to agree.
“You don’t always have to be right,” Zayn explained. “That brash arrogance and s**t. as you get older, it chills out a bit.
“It subsides, that inner voice.”
Since the incident six months ago, the pair have reportedly not spoken, and Louis appeared to confirm tensions by unfollowing Zayn on Instagram, while Zayn still follows Louis.
Netflix, Campfire Studios, and reps for both stars have yet to comment on the incident.
Away from the drama, Zayn also touched on fatherhood, describing the moment he first held his daughter Khai, five, with Gigi Hadid as “amazing” and saying it made all his previous worries feel “insignificant.”
He added that becoming a dad helped him stop looking at things negatively, showing a softer side amid the headlines.
Whether this newfound maturity will help mend fences with Louis remains to be seen, but Zayn’s latest interview shows he’s focusing on personal growth and moving forward.
