Why They're In The News
HILARIA Baldwin is teasing a big new chapter for her family.
The TV personality shared that she, husband Alec Baldwin, and their seven children are preparing to leave the Hamptons and have listed their Long Island home for nearly $20 million.
In an Instagram video posted March 9, Hilaria called the move “bittersweet,” saying the family has made incredible memories at the property over the years.
She reflected on summers by the pool, trips to the nearby beach, camp days for the kids, and time spent cooking and being together as a family, according to E! News.
Still, Hilaria hinted that the Baldwins are ready for what she called their next “adventure.”
She did not reveal where the family plans to go next, but she previously suggested they were considering a move away from New York, possibly to Los Angeles, in search of a reset and fresh energy.
The Hamptons estate spans just over 10 acres and offers plenty of privacy, something Hilaria described as rare for the area.
The home measures nearly 9,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. She called it “a piece of paradise” and said the family hopes the next owners will love it as much as they have.
Alec and Hilaria have tried to sell the property before, first listing it in 2022 for $29 million. After several price cuts and relistings, the home is now back on the market for $19,995,000.
The couple, who married in 2012, share seven children: Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, María, and Ilaria. Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland Baldwin, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
As the Baldwin family gets ready to close one chapter, fans are left wondering where their next stop will be.
Why This Matters
The Baldwins’ decision to leave their Hamptons estate spotlights shifting priorities for high-profile families, impacts luxury Long Island real estate pricing, and fuels public curiosity about celebrity lifestyle changes and where the family may resettle next.
