RICHARD Hammond is reportedly starting a new chapter after his split from wife Mindy, purchasing a six-bedroom Georgian manor house in Wales for £1.99 million.

According to reports, the cash purchase includes standout features like a tennis court, wine cellar, conservatory, lake, and outbuildings with room for cars.

The former Top Gear and The Grand Tour presenter had previously moved out of the couple’s Herefordshire home and was said to be renting nearby.

Mindy reportedly remained at the former family property, Bollitree Castle, along with their horses, according to The Sun.

Hammond, who has been open about a difficult year following his separation and the death of his father, appears to be settling into the new property while renovation work gets underway.

The home was originally listed for £2.25 million before reportedly being bought at a lower price.

The TV star has also remained in the spotlight through his Discovery+ series Richard Hammond’s Workshop and recent headlines surrounding his business and personal life.

Locals have reportedly spotted him around town and say he seems to be adjusting well to his new surroundings.
