PARIS Jackson has launched a fierce legal battle against the executors of her late father Michael Jackson‘s $798 million estate, accusing them of using estate funds to attack her publicly.

The pop star’s daughter claims estate administrators John Branca and John McClain have mocked her in the media and dismissed her demands for a proper accounting of her inheritance, reports Radar Online.

In court documents, Paris alleges the executors made sexist remarks, including describing her as “strutting” into a hearing and branding themselves as the “grown-ups” compared to her and her siblings.

She insists her objections are genuine and not driven by lawyers or a thirst for media attention, calling the litigation a painful distraction from her own life and career.

Executors Branca and McClain have denied all accusations, highlighting their success in transforming the estate from near bankruptcy to a multibillion-dollar powerhouse since Michael’s death in 2009.

Their attorney stressed that all payments are meticulously authorised and pointed out Paris has already received around $65 million in benefits with much more to come.

Recent estate accounts reveal Paris received $3.2 million in benefits and funds for home construction, while her brothers Prince and Bigi also had millions in expenses covered.

Despite the vast sums, the family fears ongoing sex abuse lawsuits and other financial pressures could drain the estate’s coffers, threatening future payouts.

Meanwhile, Paris and her aunt Janet Jackson have publicly criticised the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic, starring their cousin Jaafar Jackson, despite the film’s potential to add $1 billion to the estate.

An insider noted Paris is playing a costly legal game with her own money, as everyone involved is profiting from the estate’s vast fortune.

The dispute shines a rare light on the tensions simmering behind the scenes of one of music’s most valuable legacies.
