“Cyberbullying is a real thing. This made him feel less than, and it really obviously bothered him.
“He was terrified for his life [and] for the people around him.”
Dusty Riach, another Storage Wars star, recalled an unusual low offer Darrell accepted shortly before his death, describing it as “110 percent fully out of character for him.”
The cast paid tribute to Darrell in a recent episode of Storage Wars: Back to the Locker, closing with an “In Memoriam” title card.
