BLAKE Lively has finally called time on her two-year legal spat with Justin Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios.

The actress, 38, reached a settlement just weeks before the case was due to go to trial, ending a bitter dispute over claims of retaliation and breach of contract, reports Mail Online.

In a joint statement, both sides acknowledged the filming of ‘It Ends With Us’ presented challenges and said Lively’s concerns deserved to be heard.

Neither party issued an apology, but expressed hope the agreement would bring closure and allow everyone to move forward peacefully, including fostering a respectful online environment.

The legal battle began in December 2024 when Lively filed suit, but last month a judge dismissed most of her claims, including all sexual harassment allegations.

Baldoni was dropped as a defendant, leaving his production company and PR firm to face trial for an alleged smear campaign after Lively spoke out.

Baldoni’s team had countersued Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds for defamation and extortion, but those claims were dismissed last June.

Lively’s lawyers claimed she lost tens of millions in endorsements and suffered major hits to her earnings, figures Wayfarer’s attorney called wildly inflated and speculative.

The dispute centred on the 2024 film ‘It Ends With Us,’ adapted from Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, which was both a romance and a dark tale of domestic violence.

With the settlement now sealed, both sides appear ready to close this chapter quietly and focus on what’s next.
