SAVANNAH Guthrie is reportedly planning a return to Today in the coming weeks, with sources saying the longtime morning show anchor hopes to be back on air after spring break.

Guthrie has been away from the show while dealing with the ongoing disappearance of her 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie, who has been missing since January 31.

According to reports, Guthrie wants to spend additional time with her family, including husband Michael Feldman and their two children, before resuming her on-air duties.

While no official return date has been announced, she is said to have told colleagues she fully intends to come back.

During a recent visit to Studio 1A, Guthrie thanked her Today teammates for their support and said she still has hope as the search for her mother continues. In her absence, Hoda Kotb has been among the familiar faces helping fill in.

The case surrounding Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance remains under investigation.

Retired investigator Kurt Dabb has publicly suggested the abduction may have been carefully planned and could have involved multiple people, though authorities have not announced a suspect.

For now, Guthrie’s expected comeback is being viewed as a meaningful step forward during an incredibly difficult chapter for her family.
