NICOLE Kidman’s closest pals are growing concerned that the Oscar winner’s relentless work schedule is taking a serious toll on her health.
The actress, 58, was spotted looking pale and shaken on the set of her new Apple TV series, Margo’s Got Money Troubles, before needing IV treatment at hospital.
Co-star Nick Offerman revealed Nicole showed up to shoot despite being flu-stricken, with hundreds of extras on set that day.
“Nicole is a master at putting up a front and getting on with things – no matter how much she’s breaking inside,” an insider told RadarOnline.
The source highlighted that Nicole has been through a lot recently, including the death of her mother in 2024 and her split from Keith Urban in 2025.
Despite the personal hardships, Kidman has kept busy with high-profile projects like Practical Magic 2, Lioness and Scarpetta.
Friends worry she’s using work as a coping mechanism but at a cost.
The insider added, “She’s worked at a feverish pace through it all.”
They also noted her exhaustion is visible, with dark circles under her eyes and a noticeably thinner frame.
“She needs a solid break to really face some of the tough emotions and honestly just rest – but she doesn’t seem to want to slow down,” the source said.
The concern is that Nicole’s fear of stopping might lead her to burn out completely, leaving those close to her hoping she’ll take time to recover.
