SCARY Spice Mel B is keeping Spice Girls hope alive.

In a new update, the singer shared that she would jump at the chance to tour with the iconic girl group, even though a reported 30th-anniversary reunion is not currently happening.

Speaking at a recent event in Los Angeles, Mel B said that in her ideal world, the Spice Girls would already be on a global tour.

Why This Matters

Mel B’s continued enthusiasm keeps hope alive for a high-profile Spice Girls reunion, underscoring the group's lasting cultural impact, potential lucrative touring and music opportunities, and the enduring power of ’90s nostalgia to energize global fans.

“In a perfect world, we’d already be on tour right now, touring the whole entire world,” she said.

She made it clear she has long been ready to reunite with the group and is still enthusiastic about making new music and performing together again, according to Page Six.

“I’m always the one going, ‘Yes, we’re going on tour,’” she added. “I would love to go on tour. I would love to do music, but it isn’t happening.”

Recent reports suggested that plans tied to the 30th anniversary of “Wannabe” and the group’s debut album “Spice” did not come together.

“I’m always ready to go on tour with the Spice Girls,” she added. “I wouldn’t be sitting here if it weren’t for my other four girls, if I weren’t a part of that kind of girl power crazy roller coaster ride.”

Melanie C also recently said there is no reunion at the moment, though she noted that the members stay in touch and remain hopeful about doing something together in the future.

The Spice Girls, made up of Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham, originally split in 2000.

They later reunited for the 2012 Olympic closing ceremony in London, toured again in 2019 without Beckham, and shared a private reunion moment in 2024 at Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration.

While a full comeback may be off the table for now, Mel B is staying busy. She is currently traveling for work and continuing her role on “America’s Got Talent,” while also promoting her partnership with Revive Collagen.

For Spice Girls fans, the latest news is a mixed bag: no reunion yet, but Mel B is still fully on board if the call ever comes.
