MEGHAN Markle’s attempts to carve out a Hollywood empire have hit a rocky patch after she reportedly burned bridges with major figures including Anna Wintour, Lauren Sánchez, and the Kardashians.

The Duchess of Sussex, once hopeful of becoming a billionaire power player, now faces mounting financial strain as her lavish lifestyle in Montecito reportedly costs around $5million a year.

Sources reveal Meghan is “spiraling badly” over failed deals and fraying friendships that were meant to bankroll her new life with Prince Harry.

Anna Wintour is said to have turned cold after Meghan sided with British Vogue editor Edward Enninful on a 2019 project, rather than backing U.S. Vogue, which Wintour fronts.

An insider told Radar Online: “Anna hates her. Meghan doesn’t want to pay and never returns things.”

Meghan also allegedly snubbed Lauren Sánchez before the Bezos wedding, calling her “trashy,” which did little to help her Hollywood standing.

Meanwhile, the Kardashians reportedly ended ties after Meghan asked for their photos to be removed from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday snaps, a claim the Sussexes deny.

The couple’s extravagant security costs are another drain, with sources citing a $3million annual bill for bodyguards alone.

Despite cutting staff from 16 to five, insiders say Harry struggles with managing expenses, while Meghan is growing more cautious following the loss of lucrative Netflix and Spotify deals.

With high-profile friendships in tatters and income streams drying up, Meghan and Harry’s California dream is facing serious financial turbulence.
