MEGAN Thee Stallion sparked panic on Broadway after collapsing mid-performance and being rushed to hospital during a live showing of Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

The 31-year-old rapper reportedly began “feeling very ill” during Tuesday night’s production, prompting an abrupt halt to the show before she was transported for urgent medical evaluation, according to a statement from her team.

The incident left the audience stunned, with the performance temporarily paused and attendees told to remain seated while the situation unfolded, according to eyewitness reports.

Concern quickly spread online as Megan’s hairstylist, Kellon Deryck, posted from the hospital asking fans to “say a prayer,” fuelling fears over the star’s condition.

Earlier in the evening, fans had already sensed something was off. One audience member revealed the show suddenly stopped mid-scene, with confusion inside the theatre as staff worked to manage the situation.

Despite the disruption, the show ultimately continued — with Megan’s role of Zidler taken over by another performer.

The health scare comes just days after Megan made headlines for her historic Broadway debut, becoming the first female-identifying performer to take on the role in Moulin Rouge!.

Her run in the production, which features a high-energy medley of her biggest hits including WAP, Savage and Body, is scheduled to continue through May.
