A HANDYMAN has filed a $195,000 lawsuit against Lisa Vanderpump following an alleged fall at her $14 million Beverly Hills estate.
Eric Nieto claims he was hired to do repairs at the reality star’s sprawling 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom home on November 25, 2023.
According to court documents, Nieto says he was using an interior stairway to access the basement when his left foot caught on a poorly maintained stair tread, causing him to lose balance and fall.
He alleges the accident resulted in serious injuries to his left lower leg and ankle, requiring ongoing medical treatment.
Nieto is seeking $150,000 for pain and suffering plus $45,000 to cover medical expenses.
Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd have yet to respond publicly to the lawsuit.
A source close to the couple told TMZ they have referred the issue to their homeowner’s association.
The case highlights the legal challenges that can arise from accidents on celebrity properties, but for now, the Vanderpumps remain tight-lipped.
