LIAM Payne’s alleged drug supplier, Ezequiel David Pereyra, could dodge trial and face just community service after reportedly striking a plea deal with prosecutors.

Pereyra, who worked at the Buenos Aires hotel where Liam tragically died in 2024, may have his charges reduced from a potential 15-year sentence to a suspended term.

The 22-year-old is accused of supplying cocaine to Liam before the star fell from his hotel balcony.

Sources say Pereyra is “over the moon” about the deal, which would see him admit to facilitating drugs for personal consumption rather than dealing.

Waiter Braian Nahuel Paiz, also implicated in supplying Liam, has been offered the same deal but is reportedly refusing it.

This development is devastating for Liam’s loved ones, who now face the possibility that no trial will bring the answers they seek.

Liam’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, shared a poignant video of their last day together, showing the couple riding horses, captioned: “Enjoy each moment life brings you.

“Because I didn’t know this would be the last time I’d ever see my boyfriend again in this lifetime.”

Pereyra was released to house arrest in December, with his lawyer negotiating the plea deal to reduce his charges and avoid a lengthy jail sentence.

The case has stalled with no new evidence or trial date, leaving questions about accountability for Liam’s death unanswered.

An autopsy confirmed Liam died from multiple trauma and bleeding after his fall.

Pereyra previously claimed hotel bosses ignored Liam’s drug use, adding another layer to the ongoing controversy surrounding the star’s final days.

As this legal saga unfolds, fans and family alike are left grappling with the lack of closure over the tragic loss.
