Kristen Bell has thrown a spotlight on life with Dax Shepard and daughter Lincoln, revealing a tight family bond under the very real pressure of parenting in the public eye.
Bell made clear that family comes first, with Shepard and their children at the centre of daily life.

“13 years ago today we had our first baby girl,” Kristen captioned a March 27 Instagram post alongside a reel of her family’s most adorable moments.
“Getting to know her wit, compassion, and sense of adventure has brought us a kind of joy we didn’t have a word for before we met her.”
Bell’s comments put fresh focus on how she and Shepard work as a team while raising their daughters away from the worst of the spotlight.
“She reminds us every day that family is literally the best of it- the real stuff,” she added. “(And also to never under estimate how good it feels to hold someone’s hand).”
She stressed that Lincoln remains a huge part of that bond, with the family dynamic built around honesty, connection and keeping home life stable. Insiders say that balance matters more than ever when two high-profile parents are juggling work and family.
“Parenting is, for me, both the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done,” she said. “Thank you to all the role models we have had for our girls (I’m looking at you Mrs Browne!!!) and to the village who taught us how to be parents.”
