KIM Zolciak has temporarily lost primary custody of her four children in the ongoing divorce battle with ex-husband Kroy Biermann.
A judge granted Kroy primary physical custody following his emergency motion, leaving Kim with limited parenting time every other weekend, TMZ reports.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Kroy will continue sharing joint legal custody, but Kroy now holds final say on education, non-emergency medical care, and religious matters.
This is not the first custody shake-up; Kim’s rights were restricted last month but restored after she completed court-ordered therapy.
Kroy accused Kim of neglect and prioritising her image and career over their children’s welfare, calling her “unstable and unfit.”
He pushed for all four kids to live under one roof and secured an emergency hearing to change custody immediately.
Kim told TMZ the April 29 ruling is temporary and came from a senior retired judge after Kroy sought to bypass their assigned judge, who had denied his urgent requests.
She insists she wants a swift resolution for the children’s sake and looks forward to a full court hearing where she believes the truth will emerge.
