Key Points

  • Joint legal and physical custody granted for their three children, emphasizing shared parenting responsibilities.
  • No child support or spousal support required in the settlement.
  • Community property split equally; Warren receives 50% of Alba’s restricted Honest Company shares.

JESSICA Alba and Cash Warren’s divorce settlement is officially shedding light on how the former couple will co-parent their three children.

According to court documents signed off on March 16, Alba and Warren will share joint legal and physical custody of daughters Honor Marie and Haven Garner, as well as son Hayes.

The agreement also states that neither star will pay child support or spousal support.

In addition, both are reportedly barred from making disparaging remarks about one another or discussing litigation in front of their minor children, reports Page Six.

Their settlement divides community property equally, including homes, art, furniture and profits tied to projects created during their marriage, which began in May 2008 and ended with their separation in December 2024.

The agreement also reportedly gives Warren 50 percent of Alba’s restricted shares in The Honest Company.

Alba first announced the split in January 2025, saying she and Warren were moving forward with “love, kindness and respect” and that their children remained their top priority.

Since the breakup, both have reportedly moved on in their personal lives, with Alba now linked to actor Danny Ramirez.

The former couple, who were married for 16 years, appear to be closing this chapter with a clear co-parenting plan in place.

Why This Matters

Their detailed settlement—joint custody, equal property division, no support payments, and bans on disparaging comments—matters because it prioritizes the children's stability, signals an amicable, private split, and sets expectations for celebrity co‑parenting.
