HOLLY Willoughby is stepping back into the spotlight with a high-profile hosting role at the King’s Trust 50th anniversary event.

The presenter, 45, is set to co-host the celebration on Thursday alongside actor Stanley Tucci, with King Charles also expected to attend, according to The Sun.

The appearance marks one of Holly’s biggest public gigs after spending the past year largely out of the limelight. According to the report, she has kept a low profile by choice, with little screen work and few celebrity appearances.

The event is being seen as a major moment in her comeback, especially after a difficult few years that included backlash over the 2022 “Queuegate” controversy involving former This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield.

Holly and Schofield said they were at Westminster Hall in a media capacity to report on Queen Elizabeth II lying in state.

Holly later left This Morning and has not appeared on TV since the Dancing on Ice final in March last year. Her return at such a prominent royal event suggests a new phase in her career may be underway.

The hosting job also follows reports that Holly is planning a broader screen comeback, including a new magazine-style show on YouTube.
