HAYLIE Duff has quietly ended her 12-year engagement to Matt Rosenberg, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The actress and mother of two called time on her relationship at the start of the year but kept the split private until now.
Haylie shares daughters Ryan, 10, and Lulu, seven, with Matt and has asked for privacy to protect her young family.
The break-up comes amid a simmering feud with her famous sister Hilary Duff, who recently admitted they “don’t speak.”
