KELLY Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne are drawing renewed attention after appearing noticeably thinner in recent public outings, including the 2026 BRIT Awards.
According to reports, some family friends and industry insiders are concerned about both women following the death of Ozzy Osbourne last July.
Sources tell New York Post gossip column Page Six that Kelly’s appearance has alarmed people close to the family, with some wondering whether grief alone explains the change.
Kelly has previously said her weight loss is tied to mourning her father, while Sharon has also spoken publicly in the past about her own weight-loss journey, including medication use and surgery.
“I see these photos and it’s horrifying,” a music industry source who knows the Osbournes said of recent pictures of Kelly, 41. “I didn’t recognise her.
“It was shocking. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m really worried for her. I saw the photos and I was like, ‘Wow, what the hell happened to her?’ She looks unwell.
“Is there more to it beyond grief?
“This was the thing that pissed Ozzy off with Sharon.
“He kept saying, when she went on the jabs and had her surgeries, ‘Will you please stop?’ Ozzy was the one who put his foot down.”
The Osbourne family has lived much of their lives in the spotlight since their reality TV breakthrough on The Osbournes, and Kelly has long been open about body image struggles, past public scrutiny, pregnancy-related weight changes, and cosmetic treatments.
She has also pushed back against harsh online commentary, recently criticising people for turning her personal struggles into gossip.
