STRICTLY Come Dancing has officially named Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe as the new hosts, stepping into the shoes left by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
The BBC announced the trio on Strictly’s Instagram, confirming they will lead the show from September 2026.
Emma, Josh and Johannes were revealed to have undeniable chemistry, with BBC’s Chief Content Officer praising the fresh hosting line-up as a Strictly first.

Johannes, who has been a pro dancer on the show since 2018, is making a surprising switch from the dancefloor to presenting.
Comedian Josh Widdicombe, known for his appearance in the 2024 Strictly Christmas Special as a dancing penguin, joins the team as the third co-host.
Emma admitted it’s impossible to fill the iconic roles left by Tess and Claudia but is eager to help steer the show into its new chapter.
Johannes said, “This show has always stood for joy, heart, and togetherness, and I feel deeply honoured to now help carry that magic forward.”
Josh added, “I adore Emma and Jojo and can’t wait to spend my weekends with them. I’ll dust off the penguin costume.”
An insider revealed the trio’s chemistry was key to their selection, recalling the magic of the previous trio hosting format with Bruce Forsyth.
The exact hosting roles are still being finalised, but all three will share equal presenting duties.
With this fresh team, Strictly aims to deliver a must-see series this autumn and keep the ballroom magic alive.
