ANNE Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt have all reportedly earned a hefty £12.5 million each to reprise their roles in The Devil Wears Prada 2.
Sources told Variety the trio struck a rare “favored nations” deal with 20th Century Studios, ensuring they each received the same payday.
Despite Streep’s iconic status as Miranda Priestly, insiders say she accepted less than she could have made to help her co-stars share the spotlight – and the cash.

The sequel has already raked in an estimated £433 million worldwide since its release on May 1, with further bonuses of around £20 million on the table if the strong box office run continues.
Anne Hathaway returned as Andy Sachs and Emily Blunt as Emily Charlton, with Stanley Tucci also back as Nigel Kipling.
Streep recently revealed she initially turned down the original 2006 film, saying, “I knew it was going to be a hit. I read the script — the script was great.
“They called me up, and they made an offer, and I said, ‘No. I’m not going to do it.’”
She added she doubled her asking price to get the role, and the studio agreed immediately.
Hathaway praised her co-stars ahead of the sequel, calling Blunt “a dream of a human being” and describing Streep as “someone who defines how it’s done.”
The original film grossed over £326 million globally on a £40 million budget, setting high expectations for the follow-up.
With the trio’s pay packets and the film’s box office haul, it’s clear the Devil’s charm is as strong as ever.
