CAITLYN Jenner is demanding over $430,000 from the estate of her late manager and friend, Sophia Hutchins, following her tragic death last year.
The former Olympian filed legal papers claiming Hutchins owed her the substantial sum at the time of her fatal ATV accident near Jenner’s California home.
Jenner alleges she loaned Hutchins $7,150 in cash and charged $280,000 on her credit and debit cards starting in late 2024, mostly spent on antiques, plants, Shopify, and eBay purchases.
She is also seeking nearly $10,000 in interest accrued on the credit card debt and more than $133,000 in legal fees from a joint lawsuit they faced.
Jenner wants Apple Inc. to hand over Hutchins’ Apple ID to access work-related information stored on her computer.
The ATV involved in the accident was reportedly not street-legal and described as a “souped-up golf cart.” Estate lawyer Matthew Erskine noted Jenner would need strong evidence to back up her claims against Hutchins’ estate.
Jenner’s legal move comes amid a complicated aftermath of her late friend’s untimely death, raising questions about finances and loyalty within their close relationship.
The case is ongoing, with Jenner pushing hard to recoup what she says is a significant unpaid debt.
