BRITNEY Spears turned heads with a wild night at Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks on Wednesday.
The pop icon was spotted raising her voice, yelling, and even barking, leaving fellow diners baffled by the unusual behaviour, TMZ reports.
At one point, Britney walked past a table holding a knife, causing a scare, though witnesses think she simply forgot to put it down.
She also lit a cigarette inside near the door, prompting staff to step in and ask her companion to have it put out.
Despite ordering a burger and fries, Britney barely touched her food, mostly picking at the fries and leaving much behind.
Sources say she and a male companion fed each other and exchanged an “I love you,” though it was unclear if it was serious or playful.
The aftermath of the meal was messy, with a guest describing the area under her table as looking “like a toddler had been there.”
Most diners only realised it was Britney after she left, sparking chatter that this kind of scene “would only happen in L.A.”
Britney was taken home by her security team following the incident.
This comes less than two weeks after the singer’s DUI charge was reduced to a “wet reckless,” with ongoing probation and mandated mental health treatment.
Britney recently completed a rehab stay and describes herself as being on a “spiritual journey” focused on self-kindness.
The night’s chaos adds another chapter to Britney’s very public and challenging road to recovery.
